How do I know that my order has been received and that it is correct?
We will confirm your order by e-mail. Please carefully check that all of the information on the order is correct including delivery address, phone number, products ordered, quantities, and sizes of all of the items. If there are any errors, please notify us immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at anytime before it is dispatched. there is not a charge for the cancellation. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email info@lineadesigns.co.uk or 01706 633680

Do you have a store?
Yes, we have a very attractive and modern store which is located opposite the main train station in Rochdale. Here we have a vast selection of quality furniture on display. Selling online is a more efficient business model that allows us to offer a much larger selection and better prices than most retail stores. Are all products featured on your website in stock?
We hold regular selling lines in stock, however as you can appreciate we are a store front for major furniture importers/manufacturers and therefore are unable to hold all featured prducts on our website in stock. From time to time our vendors sell out of a particular item and we do our best to inform our clients before they order that an item is out of stock. If however, after your order is placed we check with the manufacturer and find out that the item is on backorder, you will have the option to cancel your order if the time frame does not fit in with your expectations. If you have any concerns about an item being in stock we suggest that you call us on 01706 633680 or you send us an email BEFORE you place an order.
Is ordering online safe?
At Linea Designs our customers are our number one priority. That’s why we go to such great lengths to guarantee the security of all credit card transactions. Is the site accurate 100% of the time?
Linea Designs may have prices, descriptions, and text that are not accurate because of typographical/photographic errors or changes not yet reflected in the product descriptions that appear on the site. We are not responsible for descriptive, typographical, or photographic errors. The product colors and finishes shown on our website may vary due to the scanning process and differences in color monitors. We do make every effort to insure that all products are accurately represented, but in some cases, variations may be dramatic. Completion of an order constitutes a waver of any claim due to dissatisfaction with the product colors, textures, stains and grains. You are encouraged to review samples of actual fabrics or finishes before ordering. When a manufacturer does not supply samples in advance, and you are unsure of colors and textures, Linea Designs advises that you try and find and then examine a fabric or product before ordering through the website.
